Founder and CEO, Donna Schmidt, LCSW, explains, “Research indicated that there was an unmet need for urgent care in our community. Many times people use the emergency room for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses which in turn drives up the costs for everyone. I wanted to address this need. I’m so happy to have found a doctor who truly understood the core mission and need that we had in this community – a state-of-the-art urgent care center which is accessible and convenient, will help save money for patients and insurance companies while providing only the very best in medical care.”
 

Dr. Melanie Kelly is Partner and Medical Director. She has been a medical director and physician in emergency centers for over 25 years and has developed a comprehensive treatment approach. She has served the community through the Pacific Emergency Physicians since 1986. Dr. Kelly is dedicated to helping people and has hand-picked the professional staff who share the same mission and go beyond the call of duty to serve.
