US Med Urgent Care, LLC, a Hawaii based company with urgent care centers serving the citizens of Honolulu County in Pearl City, Waipahu, Ewa Beach, Village Park, Aiea and Honolulu.
Our mission is to serve the community making urgent care accessible to everyone and to bring down the high cost of unnecessary emergency room care. Our staff strives to provide cost effective care without sacrificing quality. We are bringing urgent care to the community in a convenient, affordable setting for all.
Our urgent care centers offer immediate health care to people who have illnesses or injuries of an acute nature and have the diagnostic capabilities of x-ray, strep testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, and glucose monitoring. We offer therapeutic modalities such as IV fluids for dehydration, pain control for fractures and nebulizer treatments for asthmatics. In addition, we will offer evaluation and management of occupational related illness and injury, including nerve conduction testing and pulmonary function testing, pre-employment physical exams, sports physicals and urine drug testing services.
US Med Urgent Care Centers will operate 360 days a year on a walk-in or appointment basis.
Our urgent care centers are a one-stop shop where patients can receive premier health care at a fraction of the cost of emergency room visits.

Urgent care helps to improve both access to care and proper utilization of health system resources. There are many studies by the CDC and others that identify significant numbers of patients who went to an ER that could have been treated in urgent care centers.
